RAID 0 drivers startuptext.oem is missing

My wifes dell dimension 9100 has a missing system file, so i got out the disc and went to do a repair. Due to the RAID 0 configuration, the systems reports that it has no hard drives. Therefore i proceeded to get the RAID drivers to fix the issue.

Placing the driver onto a floppy and pressing F6 to install the support drivers, reports the following error:

startuptext.oem is missing

I need to resolve this issue quickly, as there are important documents on the machine which she for her Job.

Can anybody please help me resolve the issue. I posted this at dell, but lord knows when i will get a response, so thought i would try here.
