RAID and Network

    Hi all.
    I have not long built this thing.
    I have two questions (for now ;) )
    In Device Manager > Other Devices, I have two yellow entries.

    One is for RAID, I am not using RAID, do I jut disable it in the bios?

    The other is for Network Controller and it is asking for the drivers.
    1. What is it?
    2. Do I need it?
    3. Where are the damn drivers?
    I thought they would be on my M/B install disk but that tells me there is nothing more to install.
