    I don't think there's an app to do it automatically,one way to do it would be top create an image of the OS drive on a third HD which would become your temporary OS drive,wipe the SSD,install the second drive then copy the image to the newly created raid 0 array.

    It's almost more trouble than installing windows,I personally wouldn't do it this way because if your creating a raid 0 array with SSD's it would be much nicer to have a nice clean install of windows to enjoy the performance boost.

    Guess it depends how long it took for you to get windows the way you like it.

    I just realised that's what was he/she said in her question "restore the backup":-D

    Yeah I think that's the only way to do it and yeah it would and does work.
