Ram Drives For Win7/32 And Win98 Wanted!

Hi! I recently received some new computers at my mother's house and successfully got one of them to work. It is a Win7Pro/32 laptop, and I like it. It seems fast enough to not require a RAM drive, but I like RAM drives, so I want to install one anyway. I tried to install one, but it required an extra download. I forgot its name. I'm looking for another. I believe the minitower I also got is a Win98 or Win98SE computer. I have an older one, but it's in poor shape. I believe I can still extract stuff off its hard drive, though. It has a RAM drive for Windows, but I forgot what it's called. I am aware of XMSDSK and can look for and download it, but I want one that's Windows-based with the ability to preserve its contents upon shut-down. Where can I find some?

 

UPDATE: I found a RAM drive for Win7 but only found DOS-based RAM drives for Win98.

 

The RAM drive is called SoftPerfect, but, when I create a new drive, the computer crashes on me. I need to find another one. I also need a 32-bit freeware version of WinMount. I'll look for them now.
