RAM max bandwidth not as high as I set

Using AI-Suite that came with my motherboard (Asus P8Z77-V Pro), I noticed that the max bandwidth on my RAM is only 667MHz when it can run at 2133MHz (I have 2 sticks of Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3). I changed the setting in bios to 2133MHz, but it still reads at 667MHz. Am I being completely blind and missing something, or is my RAM not being used to the best of it's ability?

    Thank you
