Ram not populated ?????

    Just installed some secondhand ram of eBay, i am sure it is same specs and PC is running fine but the ram is not populated in the benchmark scan results makes me wonder ? scanned with passmark performance test. My original 2 sticks of 512 ram show up as ddr, 512mb, 533mhz and in the same column it says my new sticks of 512mb are not populated. Thanks in advance.
