Ran ccleaner and found

Hi All,
This Dell comp. That i inherited when mine crashed is really taking some time to make my own.
First it has Office 97 and Office 2003 installed on it. Office 97 will not uninstall even through ccleaner without the disk. Anyone know of a fix for that?
Also when i opened tools in ccleaner i found numerous programs that are not in add and remove programs and a ton updates. Can anyone tell me what i can or should get rid of ? (Please see attached)

Apparently, you do not have the "Show updates" box in your Add or Remove Programs panel checked. That's would explain why you see them in CCleaner but not Add or Remove Programs.

Excluding all the updates, are there programs in the CCleaner list that do not appear in Add or Remove Programs? You can remove them via CCleaner if you don't want them. I don't want to advise you on the Windows updates.

 

Wow, you have a lot of applications installed. Does it run very well? :confused

I wouldn't mess with any of the windows updates. rolleyes

@ dromano If you want to clean up that uninstall list, you can remove the windows updates and hotfixes by clicking remove entry. That does not delete them, just stops them from showing up in the uninstall list.

 

Thanks to Musksnipe and usafveteran @ MickyRoush it seems to be running pretty good.
