Ran "chaslang" steps, IE not viewing properly

Thanks Major Attitude for the response and support.
I ran every step in "chaslang" steps.It looked like lots of stuff was found and eliminated. My problem is two fold: Viewing websites from Internet Explorer is difficult. Font bigger, words overlapping, unable to log-in to some of my "favorites" sites once I'm there. Also, I need to have pop-ups for some sites(Mecklenberg County, North Carolina POLARIS-GIS site) for map priniting. Pop-ups are now blocked. Since I downloaded all the "step 4 Files" I am not sure where to go to un-block stuff. I am a basic user so go easy. Thanks in advance.
