Random Blur

So I just got a new laptop. It's got high resolution and I was expecting it to look really good, and yet I'm having the opposite experience! Some of the programs I've downloaded are super blurry and hard to read, while others are fine. Same with various icons in the tray - some are blurry, others are crisp and perfect. I'm at a loss on how to fix this. Here are some gyazo images I took to try and show what I'm talking about

BattleNet (https://i.gyazo.com/641233b05c32d58149bdcd2637ecf657.jpg) - All of the images and text are out of focus and difficult to read. Origin looks just like this as well, it's just as blurry.

Spotify (https://i.gyazo.com/8ac6719737f088bfc5909e4bd7f7325a.jpg) - Perfectly clear, no issues at all. Steam is the same way, it's just fine and no blur whatsoever.

Icons in my tray (https://i.gyazo.com/21b8a08e385aa29742f42e9fd63d2b59.png) As you can see, some are clear while others are super blurry. Even Steam and Discord are blurry despite the programs themselves being clear (I didn't take a screenshot of Discord because the info is too personal). Origin is the opposite - decently clear icon but the program itself is super blurry.

I only have one game installed currently, which is Burning Crusade Classic. Not super graphic intensive, though the game looked great. None of the blur issues seem to have translated into the game itself despite the BattleNet page looking awful. Hopefully that's the case with any other games I download. I'd like to fix this if I can though...

I dunno what kind of computer specs are helpful to list, so here are some of the ones I know how to find

Installed RAM - 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System Type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
OS - Windows 10 Home version 21H1
Graphics - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti with Max-Q Design
Graphics - Intel(R) UHD Graphics
Laptop - HP Sepctre X360 / 15.6"

 

You should contact the supplier or return the laptop.

 

Well yeah if there's no solution then I'm going to return it. I was just hoping there might be a way to fix it, because I do really like the laptop otherwise. By contact the supplier, would that be HP in this case? Or do you mean the store I bought it from?
