Random error message

hey all im a complete novice when it comes to all things tech with computers lol so i hope you dont mind me asking for alittle help

when i connect to the internet i keep getting this error message for about 10mis before it seems to sort itself out and let me surf in peace

szAppName : WLanCfgG.exe szAppVer : 1.0.7.4 szModName : unknown
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00241074

Any ideas as to what may be causeing this or how i could go about fixing it ?

I believe that WLanCfgG.exe is part of the Belkin Wireless tools. Do you have a belkin wireless network adapter? If that's the case, you may want to try uninstalling/reinstalling the Belkin tools.

Yes it is a belkin wirless adapter but i cannot find any tools or anything similar on my comp so im still at a loss lol

 

head over to belkin's support page and download the updated software (or you can use the cd that came with it) then uninstall the software in add/remove programs. Reinstall the new software.
