Random Freezing

HI All

Please help ?

MY PC is suffering from random freezes - the only way out is hit the reset button !

The problems all started when I installed a PCI wireless network adapter. First I used a Netgear Wg311T but after installing it I got Blue Screen of Death along with regular freezes upon investigating this on the Netgear forums I found that many other people had this problem with this card but no one knew how to fix it !!!

So I decided to get a different brand and I bought a TP Link 108 Mpbs one.
I ran Windows update and following a driver update for some reason the card is now showing as a Atheros AR5005GS

However after all this I am suffering the same problems although they are much reduced !

The blue screens have stopped but the random freezes havnt, they seem to occur after a period of inactivity !

Is there any way I can find out what is causing this ?

MOBO = GA-8N-SLI Quad Royal
Mem = 2gb (4x512) DDR2 6400 Crucial Ballisitx
CPU = Pentium D 945 3.4 GHZ
GPU = XFX Nvidia 7950 GX2
O/S = Windows XP SP2

What is your PSU? You have a hungry CPU and GPU, maybe it couldn't handle the additional router.
