    Excuse my non-geekiness but.....

My Pc - a Mesh with an Athlon FX 55 2600 chip - has this habit of randomly rebooting. It is not due to any particular software - happens with games, Microsoft applications etc. No pattern at all.

I recently had a windows fault and had to format the hard drive and start again. But it still does it. So I'm thinking it's a CPU heat issue, although I'm not sure what heatsink I have, I find it hard to believe Mesh would not put in one of the required spec.

    Anyone any ideas please? ta

    What are your temps?

you can use Everest to gain these figures ( just click once installed... Computer > Sensor )

also how old is the PC, is it still under warranty?
