Ransomware Attacks

Hi! ... I need your advice, please. Our server has been attacked by ransomware malware twice this year, first time by .rapid, second time by .java. Which ransomware protection programs, in your opinion, is the best to fight future ransomware attacks? What is our server's administrator not doing?

PS/I’ve just received an email from one of our employees’ which was infected with CryptON Ransomware, yet we ran Avast antivirus and Iobit antimalware, and her pc is not infected! …
