rant - sometimes people suck

a few weeks ago kahlyn's father stole several movies (dvds - stole the discs out of the cases)and he lied and about it and I was LIVID. it magically showed up thursday night on his visitation after a cd that i asked him about in his front pocket was no longer there. It's nice of him to steal movies from his own daughter for his girlfriends kids... Now the last Unicorn, alice in wonderland (a knock-off version) and the muppet movie are all missing from their DVD cases, and considering the whole house was cleaned today, theres no way they were "missed".

I'm going to strangle him... I swear. I'm going to call the police next time he does this, or if they arent returned to me by Sunday night.

I mean, just when you think this dirtbag can't get any lower... and I even invited his ENTIRE family (girlfriend kids and all) to kay's birthday party on Saturday after everything he put me through and THIS is the thanks I get....

grr...

Speaking of which...

Wonders never cease. The phone rang and it was private so I didnt pick it up because Josh was heading out the door to work. Turns out it was Nique. Yeah... rsvp-ing for kay's party.

bleah... I invited them. I just kinda naturally assumed they wouldnt come. BUT I did it in the spirit of peace, so i'll behave in the spirit of peace. But god, this is going to be a disaster. my parents,whome hate eachother and katie, all of whome hate kevin, Kevin, kevins mom & step-dad, kevins psuedo-family, all of whom either hate me or josh, and Josh who hates everyone by my parents.

Why are people so flippin difficult? And where the hell am I going to put 15+ people in this apartment??????

Damnit.

So if I get a totally full house I'll have ... oh lovely. 29 people. but i think definately all or most of the last 9 and possibly dad & sherry wont be coming, so thats 18 and maybe chris wont come, so thats 18 and Aaron and gabe are itty babies, so who cares, so together they make .5 so... 16.5 people.

thats not as bad. I think i had at least that many for the shower I threw in april and I'll have more places to sit this time because we're renting a van to bring over my mom's furniture. so... I'll live. But i think i'll need two sheet pizza's.... oy.

Argh. Just flippin arg. It'd be alot easier if she just has midget friends instead of all these adults. only 8 are under 15 in various degrees of short. BLEAH.

Just keep repeating, I love my daughter, i love my daughter, I love my daughter... but im broke how am i going to feed these people???? *sigh* I mean after being forced to rent a van next thursday -because my fiance's mom wont let us borrow their truck- JUST so I can go to my moms and get the furniture shes giving me so I can actually have places for all these people to SIT.. and buying some presents for her and supplies and rent and food on a mere $500... I feel like i'm going to rip out my hair.

I actally have to ask her family and friends to bring things to help stretch the food... Im a lamer, I suck... but shes only little for so long.

But on the birght side twinny asked if he could bring his family of 4 and despite the overflowing household, it'd be such a nice suprise.

bleah... sorry guys. needed to vent.

 

Man may be you should have the party at the park.Lot easier and on house to clean.Oh give that little sweet thing a hug.

 

Everyone difrerent on how they get out steam and stress, I dont know if it will help you but when I stress what really helps me is my favorite music on full blast so it drowns out the rest of the world. I tell you what when you are about to blow a gasket some hardcore music can really help

 

ask everybody to bring a dish, and some sodas. its common practice in Hawaii and it ought to be in england where food is more expensive and the dole pays so much less. that way not only will you have enough food but there will be at least one thing that each guest likes. get your daughter to help make paper chains and popcorn strings. that and balloons should suffice as decor. make a 'game plan' of musical chairs, musical present (where each person gets to take one wrapper off), pin the tail etc. as prizes wrap bars of cadburys F&N or similar. buy a pre-made cake and spell happy birthday Kay with those little colored balls instead of icing. buy yourself a large bott of plonk. if you have no pets, get a kitten for her pressy. free and adorable. aloha. good luck

 

ps to make a heart shaped cake....get a circular one. cut accross both the top and the bottom. now you have a circle with a flat top and bottom. cut a V from the top to the middle. stick the V you just cut onto the bottom. now you have a heart. you can use jam as glue.

he's a great guy... OH! and the "birthday Fairy" left sometihng in the mail, I'm going to take it out of the box and rewrap it and tape the tag as a card, Thanks so so much!!!

of course, my bf just spent my last $20 on a taxi from his job in liverpool because the buses dont run on sunday and he was too proud to call his witch mom who lives like .5 a mile away... so thats gonna have to wait until he gets paid, because he's buying whatever I need.
