   My friend sent me a couple of links for some mp3 files, but I dont know what to do with them, I tried clicking on them and I just get taken to an error page. Any help would be appreciated.

   since it was an error page chances are he gave you a bad link or the file was removed. nothing can be done other that re-uploading the file.
