Ok here its my problem, it start since 2 days ago. When i ran a video or use winamp the sound gets crappy. Idk how to say it (I'm argentinian sry for my english) its like its cuts and i also feel the pc a lot more slower. I have a P3 450mhz with 128 mb ram, and win xp pro. I didnt install anything new, i made an online scan at trend and panda, and i also run adaware and spybot. But the problem is still on. It didnt happens all the time with winamp, just when i load a program but that didnt happen before. But with high compresed videos its worst i can have all closed and the sounds doesnt plays good. I really dont know what to do, and i really dont want to reinstall the OS. Some suggestion?
    Thx
PS: again sry for my english

Open up Task Manager (CTRL ALT Delete), and check the processes. Click on CPU and see what's eating all of the CPU resource. Post what you see here.

thats the big problem, i already done that and nothing, theres no program eating the cpu usage. Another thing i noticed it that sometimes it starts accesing the hard disk by little intervals and all pc hangs for a little periods of time, less than a sec, but the mouse freeze and if im playing i get fast freezes for like 30 or 40 secs. I already did all necesary scans. :(

Sounds like an IRQ conflict, check that your PCI/AGP-cards aren't sharing the same IRQ (Usually able to see that at motherboard BIOS POST).

To solve an IRQ conflict either move your PCI cards around or use PCI steering in the motherboard BIOS)

Nope, nothing, i checked that, chage slots and nothing. Is very very rare because it starts happening like 3 days ago but i didnt make any changes since that day. I worried cause i think that the only way to fix this will be reinstalling XP.
