RAV says virus/BAT/RBTG.gen (???)

I have scanned this computer til it's worn out!!
Did the whole DO NOT POST UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THISrocedure except for HiJack file.
RAV says c:cpqdrv/PATCHES/DOS1111.BAT-BAT/RBTG.gen*-infected
d:CPQS/PATCH?DOS1111.BAT-BAT/RBGT.gen*- infected
None of the other scans shows this, and I am not sure what the virus is, or how to remove it. Have scanned it with Bitdefender, McAfee Stinger, AVG, Housecalls, and tried Panda without success. AVG is installed, with daily updates, also my server has a spam and virus filter, which so far has caught almost all virus.
I have spent hours and sure could use some advice.......PLEASE...no spyware, have used CC Cleaner as much as I dared, think I've got everything under control, except for this virus...

so assuming that is correct it should have killed it.

 

Hey,how did you find that virus definition,I looked and looked and couldn't find it............HOWEVER, I've scanned again, and it's still there!! Used the autoclean, didn't help. No other virus scanners have found it, so can't use them to clean it.Sure would like some suggestions on how to remove this thing, sounds pretty serious.

 

What OS are you using?
1st...did you DISABLE SYSTEM RESTORE (me and xp)prior to
all the scan and removals? You must disable system
restore in ME and XP or the virus/trojan/ will reinfect
your system..

Thanks for the input. Windows Me. I did disable the system restore before I scanned. Still there. RAV is only scanner that finds this, clean on everything else, and if they offer tools to remove it, I sure can't find it.
