Razer lachesis 5600Dpi Problem

I have a problem with the mouse, the RAZER LACHESIS 5600DPI mouse I bought V2,
After some time I play with him, he just logs off me, I need to disconnect it from my computer and connect it again, as soon as it starts to work, this problem started and is still quite new, from the very beginning it started, I sent it to the company I bought from the mouse and they said that it is correct, in any case, I know it is wrong that sometimes the problem can happen after a full day of work and I'm not sure that a product has a long test of working Anyway I wanted to know if anyone has this problem as well? Does anyone have a solution? I went to a site and searched for RAZER to complain and report the problem to let me answer but I didn't find the site is the place to do it.
