Razr v3m bluetooth file transfer

I have a Motorola Razr V3M and I'm trying to use the bluetooth capability on the phone to transfer files from my computer to the pone. I have already set up the phone using the bluetooth connection wizard on Vista. When I try to send a link, an Internet page, a picture, or a music file my phone recognized the name of my computer and asks me if I will accept it, I click "Accept", and then it ask do I want to allow Obex file transfer of "name of file" and I click Accept and then it immediately says "connection interrupted" on my phone and on the computer it says "bluetooth device cannot process files of this type" and that is with all kinds of different file types. So, does anyone have any suggestions or know any other websites that know more about specific bluetooth enabled phones?
