re: ATI Raedon X550 VideoCard

system specs:
amd athlon x2 4600+
2gigs ddr2
windows xp media center edition 2004
i recently upgraded my system from a 128MB videocard to an ati x550 and have an s-video cable going to my tv-out, using the ati catalyst control panel i extended my desktop onto the tv(secondary display) in order to watch video through it. however i cannot find any option that allows me to move an application from the primary display to the secondary. on my last 2 cards all i needed to do was minimize the application and i got a "move to 2nd display" button added to the right click menu. also had one that allowed me to move it using the explorer bar at the top of the window....this has neither. ive tried ati's "knowledgebase" but its totally useless. PLEASE HELP!
