Re: Email retrieval

I was wondering if anyone knows if an ISP namely Yahoo can retrieve old emails that someone has sent, my daughter had sent an email to her university tutor with an attachment that was her assignment, this particular tutor has left and she has now been asked to re-submit the assignment, unfortunately she has lost the back-up copy, we are talking about going as far back as Christmas, the problem I have had is in trying to contact Yahoo UK customer support, the telephone number, even though listed is unobtainable and when navigating their site I cannot see any reference to customer support, customer care or contact details, can someone please advise.

That phone number seems to be unobtainable, whenever I've tried to ring it, a voice just says that it is not recognised, I've tried various other routes like BT Yahoo but thats a different company, I've also trawled the internet but to no avail, thanks anyway.
