re-install vista

I need to do a complete reinstall of vista and i was just wondering if there is anything i should no before i try to tackle it. I have raid 0 and im not sure how to reinstall drivers for them, I have the drivers for it on cd that come with mobo.
i no the basics but would like to be 100% sure.i would be very gratefull if someone could spare a little time to outline the instalation. thanks.

intel core 2 duo e6850
8800gt 512mb
2x400 sata nvidia raid 0 hard drives
2x sony dvd,rw drives
2x2gb Ocz ddr2 PC2-6400 Platinum
system not overclocked.
