Re Iso Tool For Copying Win 7 & If Selection Correct

I am in the process of downloading windows 7 taken from the heidoc lead by using the protable app. in order to get the Win. 7. Here's where I'm not sure if I followed correctly and it's taking 2 hours and 3 mins. for download and I would like to actually put the copy on a USB flash drive. However, the install is going straight to my PC with under the 2 hour time frame left. And I chose for some reason ... the COEM or win 7 Pro 64 bit and it shows Upgrade selection and then the bottom part of the selection the same win 7 ... then it said OEM COEM and as I learned the COEM is for ... transferring to more than one PC is that correct(?) or it could be i should start the process over again(?) because it's ... the ISO also came with caveat, i mean it's free and that's nice but it asks for your device to share up idle or unused parts of your computer (?) and I didn't go along with it, not to be cold or whatever, but in that result, is that why the long downloading process ?? And/or if i didn't choose the right selection by COEM....? Also if i want to move it off to the USB which that is another process, i have to have proper USB formatted or to have it burn to the USB, i would get the proper wears to burn that to the USB?
Thanks for any helpful tips and answers or suggestions. It might be i'm sort of jumping the gun by moving forward faster than i know what steps this dance is going to take.
