Re-istalling vista

    I bought a machine 1 year ago with vista home premium oem installed, since then I have changed the mobo, and CPU. Now due to a problem I have to reinstall windows, but I don't have a disk!

    Please can some shed some light on the situation!! (BTW I still have the activation code, if that helps any

    IMO go out and buy Windows 7, Vista has been a problematic OS since its inception. 7 runs better all the way around!

    you can download it from bittorrent but be careful (viruses) and as long as you have your key you should be fine as long as the MB change dosn't invalidate windows like it was another machine just DL the ISO find a good version tho not a cracked version

    You don't have a Recovery partition on your hard drive?

    What make and model computer do you have?

    It's great! boots in 53 seconds! and runs real smooth!
