RE: O.A. Firewall/uphclean "Auto-Run"

I suppose I "need" to "Allow" Windows "User Profile Hive Cleanup Service " through my new Firewall, eh?

Even though there is very little (if any) "switching-between" profiles on this PC, I believe UPHCleanhlp.sys/uphclean.exe does something else for the one UA/Profile that is being utilized, such as (supposedly) affording quicker boot-up and/or shut-down - is that correct?
