Re-open an old thread?

Hi mods,

I'd like to re-open an old thread if possible as I take a second attempt at fixing the problem, rather than cluttering up the forum with a 2nd thread covering the exact same topic.

Would this be possible please?

We started using the auto close feature for threads that have not been replied to in a certain period of time. I tried replying to it and then opening it, but as TimW said, it won't open even then, so you'll have to start a new one.
