In January this year Windows 10 failed and my home PC was sent back for repair.
After this I purchased USB 64 Flash Drive and copied a Recovery Drive onto that.
At an earlier date I made a System Repair Disc when I first bought the PC
Two weeks ago a Windows Update issue meant I couldn't access anything on the PC
I tried inserting the USB flash drive but absolutely nothing happened.
I ended up doing a system restore enabling me to retrieve my files but I had to reinstall all my apps and drivers.

    So my question is
Can I now create a new Recovery Drive by re-using and writing over the old USB 64 flash?
Can I re-use the old System Repair Disc to do create a new one ?
    Thanks

So I dont need to do anything to the old recovery data already on the USB drive before I create a new one on it ? eg delete files or format/ re-format?
