I'm having a problem to connection PC to Panasonic HDTV. I have a hdmi to dvi w/audio cable connected to my PC and TV. I get nothing on my TV. Is there something I have to do on the tv to get a connection. My PC can see that the HDTV is there. Windows Vista

    * Be sure you have the input switch on the TV set to the correct HDMI port.

    * On your notebook keyboard, one of the "F" (function) keys should have an icon of a monitor on it. Hold down the "Function" key (near the space bar) while pressing the key with the monitor icon on it. This will toggle the display between the notebook screen and the PC.

    Hope this helps. :)

You need to look up the info on your video card, or just right click on the desktop and then when the window opens, click on "Display Properties". People are going to guess as to how to fix your problem, unless you post OS and display adapter. If you have Vista or Windows 7, Under Accessories, click on "Connect to a projector".

In display properties you will be able to see both monitors. Click on the one that relates to the TV to change the settings then check the box that says extend deskop onto this display. You can then chose whether it mirrors displayed contents and shows the same thing on both or whether it extends your desktop across both screens.
