I backed up my dad's data on his computer using his roxio program and now I am unable to retrieve the data. When I double click on the cd no contents are shown yet the cd is full and the properties say it is in UDFRDR format. Is there some way I can retrieve this stuff? Please say there is!!!!! I was trying to help....

For starters you could try reinstalling Roxio.

Was it an ISO that you burnt?

Well, after dealing with the same problem I finally decided to uninstall Roxio. Guess what, it worked. Roxio has been giving me so many problems over the years that I am done with their product(s)
