    Hi
I need help with reading in files from a folder, i have a folder containing 4 text files, each containing strings which i am splitting up into words for analysis. What i need to do is extract the result of this analysis for each individual text file within the folder, and once i have retrieved this from each text file i want to add the results together. I know this is probably just a simple for loop but i can figure out how to read one message after another from a folder in this way
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks

What? Another school project? Why else to use java when this type of application just screams for perl?
