Real Gaming Challenge: Intel vs. AMD

Interesting read,I have still yet to see an honest way of testing how well intel cpu's fare against AMD's when online gaming,I have a sneaking suspicion intel may perform much better than expected when having to do the complex calculations of the other players on the map

 

Not sure about that ricky, the memory controller is sitting on the die itself w/the a64's, which IMO is where the 13% diffrence comes.

 

All those tests are time test and bechmarks,i can play a play most modern games on max,connect to a server with 32 players on though and forget it,I'v gotta turn the detail down so the cpu can cope,my thought is the extra transistors in the intel might give it an edge
