Reality Check

Today was a horrible and totally unnecessary day for me. I went to a funeral.

I feel for you Gal.... I attended a funeral just last week. My cousin's 18 year old son OD'd on methadone. This young kid had so much to look forward to. He had been scouted by the U of M and had won a football scholarship. While at the viewing, I read a 5 year plan, he had written this year at school. 5 years from now he had hoped to be a member of the Detroit Lions and buying a house for his mom and dad. What a waste of life.

 

Sorry to hear that Gal,in many cases its stange how the body works,often the cases where there is no pain only a little discomfort are the most serious and need to be treated as soon as possible,other minor problems like a bad painfull toenail would have us limping straight to the doctors to be fixed
