Really stuck!!!

    :confused Can anyone help! please! I am sure we have a virus, it has only affected my partners log in, it seems,( as I was not there when it happened) he was on a website, when a I beleive a fake virus window appeared. Unfortunately I dont know anymore than that and now we cant access any applications, i.e Mcafee, Antispyware, all I get is a window No Application. " C:\windows\system32rundl32.exe. The other thing that has happened, it has download icons on to his desktop, with 2 porn, and (excuse my ignorance) but they look like MDOS icons with spam and trojan and 2 protection centre icons.
    Hope you can understand I have tried to discribe the best I can, unfortunately I am unable to to do a virus scan with anything as it will not access them.
