Really weird problem with hard drive help please

Hey guys, for some reason i cannot locate my hard drives. When i open My computer i don't see my harddrives listed. For this reason, i cannot open up discs, install software accessing any files via a disc.

I've never heard of seen this problem before. Please help, once again

 

what does it say in disk management?

control panel > admin tools > computer management > disk management

 

Also:

Do you get any error messages on start-up? If so, what are they? (Please state the error message(s) exactly.)

Do your drives show up in the BIOS splash screen on startup? (You may need to warm your monitor up before you start the computer to see this screen. If you want to read it carefully, hit the "Pause" key. Hit any key when you're ready to go on with the boot process.)

It would also help if we knew something about your system. Otherwise we're all just guessing. Read the "Announcement Before You Post Asking For Help, Please Read This" at the top of the Hardware forum. At the least, we need:

• computer or motherboard make and model (check your manual)
• BIOS make and date (it should be on the BIOS splash screen)
• hard drive make, model, and capacity for each attached hard drive (it should be on your BIOS splash screen -- if your BIOS can recognise your drives. Or check your manual.)
• hard drive interface (IDE, SCSI, SATA, etc.)
• the operating system and version you're using (Windows Me/NT/XP, etc./Linux/whatever)
