I would like to move hd space from my D drive to my C drive. I have 80 gb on C and 120 GB on D. I've read alot about partitioning but when I go to disk management, the instructions and method are unclear to me. I don't want to make a mistake and screw everything up. Is there a step by step guide somewhere that's written in novice language? Thanks

You can not do this directly with the tools windows provides. You can only create and delete partitions with disk manager, not resize them. For this you need third party software.
I believe there is some free stuff in the Major Geeks disk section but I haven't tried it. Otherwise you can buy products such as Norton Partition Magic.

    Sorry
