realplayer-mobile - media parameter

This is a question regarding the realplayer software installed on my phone (motorola E680i)

This version of realplayer only plays .rm and mp4 files (according to the manual)

I encoded a vid file into mp4 using MP4 converter 3 and when i try to play it I get the following message

MEDIA PARAMETER EXCEEDS ALLOWED LIMIT.

i tried encoding it as a mpeg-4 file and then as a mpeg-4 AVC video file. I also reduced the video and audio quality to the lowest allowable. No change.

Any suggestions?

Bump, I have the exact same problem. Smaller files seem to work but I cant get anything over 35mb to work
