realplayer

when i try to play online video i get a flashing video. when i play aol music videos which plays on realplayer it works fine but when i try to play news video on aol i get a flashing picture video. same thing happens with msn. anybody know how to fix this? i contacted realplayer but they were no help.thanks...tomr70

 

What speed connection are you running on with aol?
If it's broadband then something's wrong with realplayer, but if it's dialup, maybe the movie hasn't completely loaded.

 

Yeah, if it's dial up, don't expect good quality. I occasionally uninstalled and reinstalled Real Player because I noticed the size of it kept growing. (Even when I would delete it's history.) But recently I deleted Real Player and replaced it with Real Alternative 1.31 which works fine:
