My audio is not working in windows xp. It shows a yellow buble on the Realtek audio driver. When I tried to reinstall the

windows it shows this driver is not passed Microsoft logo testing. Then I tried to update the driver from device

manager, but it says that no matching driver is not found. How do I solve this issue. Please help me.

I am attaching a report taken from everesthome scanner.

    Hi

What I would do is to download the Chipset driver HERE from ASUS and install and reboot, then install the Audio HERE, reboot and test

Do let us know if you run into any issues, be quite descriptive about the issue and steps you used.

*note will need to unzip the downloads first before running the setup*
