Realtek Audio Driver - Vista

    Hi :wave guys,this seems nice forum ;) I have one problem,here is the description : I had XP and i installed the realtek audio driver from the CD they gave me(when i buyed the PC),but now when i installed vista that driver dosnt work,because i need for vista,i downloaded some(i dont know,maybe they are not the right ones)and it doesnt work,can you tell me which driver i need to download ? I cant listen sounds :cry Thanks for the help...

    Thanks for the fast reply,i am downloading it now,i will try it when it finish downloading :p By the way how can i put new posts to show under my thread post ? Is that option in CP ?

    It is under your post unless I am misunderstanding you. There are some viewing options to the top right, perhaps under display mode next to your first post.

    Its not under my post,i wanted the older posts to be first and new posts under older posts,but i made it,i clicked on the Hybrid Mode button and thats the way i want :) Thanks,i am downloading drivers right now(just to know)....

    I installed it,restart PC,and when windows startup it says,searching audio driver or something and then give me some options,and says installation failed :cry

    If you could post the make and model of the PC, or better yet, attach an Everest hardware report to your next post, it would really help us to get your problems sorted out.     I fixed the problem thanks to Major Attitude,after waiting 30min for searching the software online,vista finaly found it :) this topic can be closed...

    Just in case someone has the same issue as you, could you mention what version of driver and where you found it?

    I am using Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate,i found the driver here,i downloaded it,then i installed it and restart my computer,after vista startup,vista found new hardware,it asked my where to find that driver,i choose search online,and after 15 minutes it found the Multimedia Audio Controller,and then i restarted my computer and it worked ;)
