    Hello,

So this whole mess began with me trying to fix a problem with my "Stereo Mix" which wasn't allowing me to record in audacity.

In the process of installing the Windows Vista/7 Audio Driver, I get the error code 0xE0000203...

So I googled it and found the solution of un-installing the UAA Bus Device, but that device does not exist on my computer!

As a result, I am stuck with speakers that do not function!

Again, I have windows 7 starter if this makes a difference.

    Please help!!

    Hi

What Windows Service Pack do you have on Win7?

What is your PC make and Model or Motherboard Make and Model?
What are the speaker make and model as it maybe a driver issue, so also check in Device Manager if you have any yellow ! marks and if so by what device.
