Realtek HD problem

    Hey guys, I've got this problem with Realtek HD Audio in that I finally got the 5.1 Sound to work again and then my mic stops working. It happened after my old headset broke (just a cheap one) and then I had to plug in a headset that only worked with stereo 2 speaker so I dealt with that for a week and rebought my old headset (same make etc) and it wouldnt work with anything other than stereo. Now I have a Creative Fatal1ty and it works with 5.1 but the mic doesn't even appear as plugged in.

    Any Assistance?
