Realtek High DEf Audio driver installation error!!!

Hello guys,

I have been trying to install my Realtek HD Audio driver for days now.
It was all fine but then i reinstall my Window Xp Prof 32 Bit.
I put my driverys cd in and installed other drivers but when i tried to install
Audio one thats when it gave me a error. It did some kind of update automatically and then it installed the program for my audio driver but the mini speaker icon never appeared.
I have been trying to do different stuff by reading old posts here but nothing is working for me.
I am not very good with computer stuff so a little help would be great.

I am downloading the latest drivers from the website of my motherboard.
Its from Asrock
4Core Dual Sata II R.0

I have also deleted the file K888111 from registry and for some reasons i can see realtek HD audio in my device manager list but i can not deinstall or remove anything from there as well.

I have read somewhere about UAA driver but i can not find it anywhere.

Please help me.
