Realtek probs can any help me?

    Hey i do live streaming and when i cast my laptop mic wont work im guessing cuz there both realtek or something or other it will only play 1 of them either stereo mixer or the microphone ... is there anyway to sort this out ?

    Got windows 7
    Realtek wierd version that wont let me select devices in its menu
