I have been going nuts with this computer. I reloaded the HDD, changed the processor, changed the motherboard, changed the RAM, pulled all the expansion cards the the computer continues to reboot when starting Windows. I am running Windows XP sp2. Can anyone help me. Thanks.

Have you tried a different cd/dvd rom ?
Have you tried another XP cd ?
That's where I would look , next- I have had XP cd that would load on another machine, but acted similarly to yours on the one I wanted it to do.
Also ,cd/dvd roms can be a pain, and its so hard to tell, until its up and running

It reboots during the XP install? Your reloading? it that what " I reloaded the HDD" means?

If the system was just BSOD, prior to all this stuff you did, did you try safe mode? last known good config? try a registry recovery with a live boot cd?

Let me restate my problem. I have reloaded the Windows XP O/S, installed all hardware drivers and ran all MS updates. That's after replacing the motherboard and processor. The system will boot and run okay for a while. Then out of the blue it goes into a continuous reboots after bios post and when Windows is trying to load. Does this explain things better? I hope so, I need help with this. Thanks.
