Recent trip to Niagara Falls

Just got back from a three day jaunt to the falls. What a sight! I highly recommend seeing them. This is a shot from the Canada side toward the U.S. side . . . one of the best we took, I think.

i visited Niagra Falls when i was 7 or 8 (23 now)... i remember riding the Maid Of The Mist ferryboat ride, and also going on that cable car that takes you above the river (leading to the falls)... that cable car ride was scary for me at the time... there was also a huge train bridge i remember walking across somewhere in the area... the gaps between the wooden planks were so far apart that i had to hold somebody's hand as i walked...

 

The Maid of the Mist was the best part of the trip - albeit the wettest part . We got stuck on the lower deck, though, so the view wasn't the best available. The white-water walk was good too.

I live 60 miles from the Falls...and have been there more times than I can remember. I can say this though...while both sides are spectacular...the Canadian side is more scenic and stunning.
