I haven't installed this freeware (donationware) program yet but have downloaded/scanned and it comes up clean so thought I'd share for those who may be interested. I'm intrigued by many of the features that would no doubt help me to plan meals and get better organized. The recipes can be printed from the program too and it has added portability with the windows mobile version.

Create shopping lists automatically from recipes which sound good, or add individual ingredients which you need to make a recipe.

Cook Using What's In The Fridge

Scale Recipes
Automatically calculate how many ingredients you need for the number of servings required.

Add Photos Of Finished Dishes
Take snapshots of a recipe when it's finished to remind you when you're choosing dinner next week.

Upload to Flickr
When you've added photos of a recipe, publish them straight to Flickr with a few clicks.

Import From RecipeML format
ChickenPing supports importing and exporting RecipeML files. RecipeML is a way of storing recipes electronically in an XML format so you don't need to enter them manually.

Windows Mobile Version
ChickenPing Mobile runs on any Windows Mobile 6 device, so you can take your portable recipe book with you.

Aw Sue, takes all the fun out of opening the fridge finding everything covered in blue-green mould

and deciding to have a beer instead.
