recomend a better HS for my p4 for folding

Ok, since i've gotten this p4 system and folding 2 sessions, i'm always running at 55-58C on the prescott, this is with the intel HSF, i've since bought a CopperChill P4 and this thing was a peice! i was getting 60-64C on it, so i need you guys to tell me a good HS or HSF combo that will get me into the low to mid 40's. Thanks!

 

Nice reviews, anyone have any good info on the SilverStone NT01's?

I don't know how much airflow i should need, i have a card cooler half over the video and half on the CPU, the side of the case is completely open, i know there has to be something we can do to make the Intel HSF operate better. I've lapped both the Intel HSF and the pos CopperChill P4 HSF to a mirror finish (2000Grit) with no drop in temps when full load.
