The issue: pictures i take with my mobile phone show up as 0kb and cannot be opened on computer!

First of all, my mobile phone is Jalou Dolce&Gabana (Sony Ericsson).

So while taking pictures with it and after some time, I got a message saying ''Memory card unavailable, the pictures will be saved on the phone''. Right after I got each picture, I would see the ''saving...'' message, so the picture did save, and I was able to look at it (the taken pic) for some seconds before the phone took me back to camera mode. So I did not suspect anything unusual was going on. Plus, I never got a message saying ''not enough space'' or something.

Whenever I wanted to see the pictures I took, my phone wouldnt let me, and I got the message ''The picture is too big for this use''.
But I did not pay attention because this has happened in my other phone and I can view pics just fine when I transfer them to the computer.
Just out of curiosity though, I clicked one of the picture's details and I saw ''size: 0 b''. It got me wondering for a sec there! How can I get the message ''too big to display...'' when the size is 0 b?! The other details such as date taken, time etc exist.

So some of the pictures were visible on the phone, some were not! When transfering them to the computer, they dont appear either!!! When I try to open them I get the message ''Windows Gallery cant display the picture because it is an empty file'' ! When checking phone free space i get 300 MB free. So how can it be that the pictures arent accessible?

Having said the above, I need a recovery programme to get to see these pictures. So far I have tried one called ''Card Recovery''. it managed to find one of the pictures, and i can see its thumbnail just fine, but i need to get back all of the pictures! Since it worked with one, there must be another program that works!

Image Rescue 4 appears to find the thumbnails but they are empty, theres a ''recover'' option but its only available if you buy the product. I dont know if its gonna work, I would risk it, if i get positive suggestions (if you know about the programme).

Recuva did not work by the way.

Please guys I have been trying to resolve this the last few days and I really need to! Suggest a really good program, i dont mind buying it as long as it does the job. Its driving me crazy!!
