Recover Deleted Video From My Flash Drive

I recorded a 5 min video of my friend's band playin a show last night on my Fuji Finepix F10 camera... somehow I managed to delete this video, when I was deleting pictures to make room on the camera afterwards.

I've spent all day using Recover My Files programs, and others like it... and all they seem to recover are pictures and no video at all.

My camera uses a 512 xD-PictureCard.
I would really appeciate it if anyone here can make a suggestions on how to get this video back.

nope.. no luck

i tried both programs, and only detected JPG's.

In PC Inspector File Recovery.. it recovered .ARJ, .DOC, .XLS, .TIF... and all were corrupt, and wouldn't open.
