Anyone know if I there is a way to open a pasword protected and zipped file on a floppy disk. I used a password on a floppy a while back and no longer have the old computer that I used and can't remember the password. The files are important but not life and death. Would be good if I could retrieve them and save a lot of work. Thanks

As far as I know your only option is to brute force the password. To do this copy the password protected zip-file to your harddisk and then use an utility like these found here:

Thanks snakefoot. I will give that a try. It is good to find these programs if they work. It could save days of work considering how slow I am.
